Modifying the product may affect the standard warranty, given the mechanical and electrical risks associated with this modification.
The IP protection rating is no longer guaranteed after modification. It depends on the cable gland, the diameter of the antenna cable, and how tightly the cable gland is fastened to the enclosure.
The device is CE-certified with its internal antennas. Any modification to the product falls outside the scope of this certification. The end user must ensure that the installation with external antennas complies with the applicable EMC standards.
